I wouldn't give this company zero stars. They are a rip off scam. I opened a policy for the…read morespecific reason of having an SR22 so I could get my license back and they quoted me $230 a month. They have charged me that for 4 months now. They sent me an encrypted email I can't open with my policy information. Come to find out the policy isn't even and SR22 and they want to charge me another $79 a month to update my policy to an SR22 which it was supposed to be in the first place. They have also been charging me for renters ins5which I didn't ask for. Now they won't let me talk to someone in charge. They keep putting me on hold for 15-20 mins at a time. SCAM COMPANY

I went and found other insurance, left a voice message (never returned), and submitted a contact form on their website (never acknowledged). The new carrier they moved me to, without my consent, contacted me about nonpayment, so I contacted them again. They then sent me a form to provide proof of insurance coverage, presumably so they would cancel the policy I never agreed to. The replacement policy was 60% less money and a carrier with better ratings.
