For 40 years I was not a fan of State Farm due to their higher prices and the way they treated my grandmother In the 1980's. Laura changed history today. I am now State Farm's number 1 fan! Shelby was great! She answered all my questions and was happy to help me with multiple quotes so I could decide what coverage I needed for my vehicle. Hi I am coming to the end of a very long divorce & I had to begin looking for a car insurance policy of my own & after finding Laura Hagerson from State Farm & discussing what would best for me she found the perfect policy. I also since I will be closing on a new home in two days decided to add home owners as well. Laura was by far the most helpful, patient, very skilled at her job, nicest agent I have ever worked with!!!!! Kudos to State Farm for employing someone who honestly values what she does and excuse my language but kicks-ass at it!! It's very hard to find those who care about you & your needs & Laura made me feel that I know this is where I belong & I plan on staying with them for years to come. If everyone who works for this company is as amazing as her there's no need for anyone to ever look any further . Not only were they courteous and prompt in their replay, but they were able to write a policy that effectively bundled my auto and home with the same coverage and saved me a few dollars in the process. Going forward, if I have to contact my insurance company for information concerning coverage or claim, I have a comforting voice to respond to my needs. Dealing with an online insurance group is fine when you sign up. But when you have to go through a dozen prompts, representatives not returning your calls, and then having your claims be forgotten or lost, its time to move to more personal service. I do not recommend this insurance agency. I have a claim in for the last week. They have wanted all…read moresorts of documentation. Which I have provided. But then they turn around and want more documentation after you give them what they want. Now they asking for personal bank statements. I have gotten nowhere with this. I feel as though are just beating around the bush. I have had to take two days off because they refuse to approve the claim for me to get a rental. They were calling people from my call logs that I provided without permission. I feel like this is borderline harassment and invasion of privacy. Go elsewhere for auto insurance. This company is absolutely garbage.
