I emailed them months ago for advance warning on rate hikes since that's become their annual tradition. Today - months later - Mark Gayer sends me a letter telling me rates are increasing because the insurer increased my coverage and their rates are increasing. He won't say how much. Just wait for the policy. I've had nothing but trouble from these folks. Gayer even went so far as to tell me my business wasn't worth it to him. Clearly not. Avoid at all costs.

This company has turned into a nightmare, I have insured a rental from them maybe the last 5 yrs…read morenever a problem, I did insure two other rentals for the last couple of years in August 2021 a neighbors tree fell on my garage and my husband had just passed on July 29th, in fact Jeff Kolp should have covered that tree instead, I was called by Jeff and told I needed to repair the garage and a hand rail, I was given till November the 15th,I made the repairs and they were completed August 20th keep in mind I was trying to bury my husband again the repairs were made. I got a email daily with what I deem as threats of cancellation and mailed threats,I called their office to talk to someone and they would send a email saying we tried to call you back and the line was busy two way line here no busy signal.I left messages at their call center. my agent was Jeremy and I never had a problem ,but now it is Tim and who ever else who picks up my file. I can accept you want to cancel but November 15th is not a option today is October 2,2021 and cancel me. your call and do not email me, have a new email. Thanks for nothing, do think I will call insurance commission as well.
