Upon our new dentist removing the filling, there was decay and nerve damage under the filling completed by Dr. Woodward. This is just one example of fixes needed to be done and has put me over the top enough to write this review. I personally stopped going to Dr. Woodward 2 years ago because of the poor attitude and treatment by the hygienists. I would not recommend this office by any means.

Jamie West works well with both adults and children. She has been working with both my sons since the age of 1 on up. She's patient and uses strategies that appeal to children to get them to cooperate. She is extremely diligent and efficient with her cleanings and friendly with her patient chair manner. Dr. Kondo has completed three crowns on me and I have confidence in his work. This office does not rush through cleanings or dental work. They truly care about getting the job done correctly. Their entire office staff is personable and professional as well as clean and orderly. I also appreciate their text reminders for appointments.

After having another dentist recommend crowns on two teeth that weren't bothering me, I made an appointment at Generations Dental. The office staff was organized and helpful both before and during my visit. The dental team was friendly, gentle and understanding. Dr. Rader took time to chat before looking at my teeth, had already looked at the x-rays before coming in the room, and thoroughly explained what he was concerned with. Just remember when you have an emergency, it makes the dentist have an emergency to help you as well.
