I only went to see him because I had a major relaspe which included paralysis and required hospitalization and inpatient rehabilitation. After a short office visit with no face to face history, no additional testing, and an incomplete Nerological exam he declared I didn't have MS. I found him to be arrogant, unprofessional and inept. I will not see him again and I certainly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND him.

I wish I'd found him sooner. My prior practitioners helped, but they weren't comprehensive in diagnostics and case review--a lot of time wasted prescribing medications without proper diagnostics all the while enduring ongoing suffering. For the first time, I feel fully attended to. When one is desperate, it's easy to naively waste time and money believing in a practice charging a premium that isn't so much investigating your case but rather employing a trial-and-error approach with medications. Of course, as a psychologist, he is the best one I have been to, in all my yrs of being recommended to see one, for anything from migraines, deaths, divorces, child with drugs, you name it. All the others have been worthless. They've been more of the "lay on the couch & tell us your troubles". I could tell my TV all my troubles. I need someone who cares about me. Dr Roberson interacts with me, gives me suggestions, gives me "homework", so to speak, to work on from one session to the next. I come back & we go over it. He's the only one who actually keyed in on, and tested me for, having ADD, at the age of 57 yrs old. I KNEW I had troubles, but just considered myself as being stupid, even though I DID know I had brains, upstairs. I just didn't know why things would happen to me, etc. He was the first one that was really in tune to ME and cared enough to listen to my thoughts and feelings and decided to do something to see what. What I'm getting at is, he's the first psychologist that I've truly felt was in it for his patients, not for the $$. His prices are very reasonable & works with many insurances. His office staff has always been been so kind and caring, as well as good at their job. I've joked with Dr Roberson that he cannot retire without me dying first, or not needing him, anymore, which will never happen. I told him he wasn't allowed to retire until he got one of his kids to trained to take his place!!!! Hee hee hee. I don't know what I'd do without him. I went from seeing him every week to every other week. Every ONCE IN A WHILE, it's had to be a month or so, but, he's always available to take my text or email if I have something really urgent. He'll then call me back. I appreciate a Dr who REALLY cares about his patients. Dr Roberson is one of the best, if not THE best Dr, psych, I've ever had, and I'm in my mid 60s. Do not overlook him because of his age, or whatever. He's up on things going on in the world. He counsels young people, as well as older adults. He really CARES. There have been times I've had things to discuss which I've asked if he would be able to NOT write it down in my chart, or, not make it public, for anyone to read it, should the insurance people need to micromanage my psychological issues. Some things are just too private. Please Consider Dr Roberson, full heartedly. He won't let you down. Forgot to say, ever since COVID, we have been doing Telehealth appts which have worked out greatly, for me, as I have a medical condition which make it extremely difficult for me to get out of the house & go to sit somewhere for an hour or so. I have 2 hr appts, every other week. Telehealth has been wonderful.

Her office is different from the office I'm used to going to, the staff up front were kind and helpful! It's a smaller office then the one I'm used to going to, but I think that's a good thing. I was very nervous about trying out a new doctor but Dr. Meena is very kind, friendly and the best of all thorough! She listened to everything I had to say all my concerns as to what has been going on with me. She did a great check up, she did an EKG in the office, and she sent me for lab work to make sure everything is well so that we can figure out what is going on with me. I have not been to a doctor where I have felt like they care in a very long time it was a nice change to have a doctor do a good thorough visit and listen to everything that was concerning me. Her advice and care was great.

From the first visit I was put at ease with her gentle bedside manner, keen ability to listen and feeling that she was wholly interested in my well being. To properly diagnose a problem, Dr. Meena takes the time to ask pertinent questions and develop a wellness plan. Her knowledge of the human body, prescriptions and possible interactions are mystifying. Additionally, Dr. Meena is able to provide medical information in layman's terms in a way that you don't feel talked down to or left not knowing what was said between all the medical jargon. I truly am grateful to have found Dr. Meena and to be under her care. I trust her implicitly with my health and appreciate the fact that when needed, she is quick to refer you to a specialist to further address a specific ailment. There is absolutely no issue I would hesitate to discuss with Dr. Meena. In each visit, I feel as though Dr. Meena takes the time to review my chart, research options or care plans, and is focused on me and my health. Too often you run into busy doctors who read the chart as they enter the room and quickly diagnose you and leave. I've never felt rushed, nor neglected, while at Excel Primary Care. Finally, her support staff is attentive, responsive and equally mild-mannered helping you through what could be stressful or uncomfortable times. The only area for improvement I could recommend is adding an online bill pay option. Minor item, but that would bring this practice to ultimate perfection!

On February 4th, 2020, I went to DESERT SAM URGENT CARE, because for 6 months, CJ HARRIS - CIGNA failed to diagnose my disease. Within 30 hours, on February 5th at 7:38 pm, I was found dead in their PACU by an attendant nurse ... having died of ACUTE HYPERCAPNIC RESPIRATORY FAILURE due to an OVERDOSE OF SEDATIVES ... for an MRI TEST. Dr. SUBER and his two associates could never diagnose my MG neurological disease ... despite my VERY POSITIVE AChR Test results at 3 am on February 10th, that another doctor ordered. I was TRACHED, PEGGED, CATHED, and sent UNDIAGNOSED to a DIGNITY Hospital downtown on February 27th on a late night ambulance run. Due to the fuckups of those three " Neurologists ???" at the BANNER HOSPITAL, I did not get out of the THIRD HOSPITAL till June 11, 2020. REFUSE HIM ... if you need a SPINAL TAP !!! The medical paper work that I recovered said it took him NINE "ATTEMPTS" to get a sample. Medical journals say that if you can't get a sample after THREE ATTEMPTS, ... you need to schedule it for another day or YOUR SPECIMEN RECOVERED will be faulty and UNUSABLE !!

He figured out a combination of medications and supplements that really really has helped. There is no cure but mostly I feel much much better. Usually great in fact. I had an appointment on Tuesday 10/12/2020. I then found out he had left the practice in September. I was not sent a letter from the practice (still open) regarding this change. The whole staff has changed except for Michelle at the front checkout/schedule desk. The interim doctor is Dr. Debra Michel (pronounced My-kull like the name Michael), she is no nonsense but thorough. The office now accepts insurance (Medicare, BCBS, and others). They are getting new insurance companies as time goes by.
