Then he arrived for my examination, with an entourage of other doctors from all around the nation to learn from his techniques. I felt like I didn't just have one doctor, but a whole team trying to help relieve me of my pain. His way of explaining things was amazing... never once did he talk down to my intelligence, but told me in terms that I understood exactly what we were looking for. I left that day with a plan of how we can diagnose and perhaps fix it... I left the clinic that day with hope, something I haven't had in a long time. One thing I didn't leave with was a new prescription for a new pill and an appointment three months later to see if it worked. Dr. Crawford is the real deal... it's hard to find doctors that take the time to do it right the first time anymore. I will keep this review updated.

I did multiple tours overseas for the United States military which I have had so many reconstructive surgeries and also a work related incident that I fell over 30 feet and had to have yet another surgery I received a dismissal letter when I returned from out of state for work stating he's not going to help me and I am not a patient anymore I did not receive a phone call. I did not receive any type of text no email no verbal warning no written warning no counseling nothing I notified his office of my absence for work due to the severe weather like tornadoes, flooding that we had in the months of march and April I even spoke with him in person when I saw him at my last appointment passing in the hallway and lamborn replied, just notify the office and you will be fine I have spoke with other patients in the waiting room and they have missed upwards of 5 to 6 random drug appointments and still are patience I have talked to people that have failed multiple drug tests and still are patient He is still treating. I have not failed a drug test or had any illegal substance in my system. He also falsely accuse me of running out of medicine early on the notice I received when I had to have oral surgery and he increased my dosage which In turn makes you run out sooner He clearly does not care about his patience. In my case after having an MRI my Knee and Hip Orthopedic Doctor referred me to Baptist Pain Management. After a review of those results PA Shauna Wright recommended back relief with a spinal injection. Since I have upper back problems and lower back problems I got to choose which area was my first choice to relieve. I opted for the lower back relief since it remains at a major disabling level. Almost a year ago I was scheduled for an SI Injection by Dr Bauer at the Baptist Eastpoint Surgical Center. Prior to the initial procedure I had a variety of questions come up between my office visit and the surgical procedure. I was able to message Dr Bauer and she immediately answered ALL my questions and put me at ease. On the day of the procedure I got to meet this doctot who is extremely knowledgeable about her area of expertise, caring, competent and has a CALMING bedside manner. I got the two SI injections by Dr Bauer and since I opted to have the procedure with no premedication or sedation I was released to go home about fifteen minutes after getting to recovery. This procedure was a true relief to what had become continual outrageous pain. The relief lasted six months which was longer than relief was predicted. So before we were to travel for the winter holidays I scheduled another appointment with my Pain Management PA. While at that appointment the PA contacted Dr Bauer on my behalf. Dr Bauer was due to start maternity leave shortly. As the caring doctor that she is she agreed to fit my SI injection in as an office visit since I require no premeds or sedation. Once again I experienced wonderful results. Today , five months later I received my pair of SI injections. Dr Bauer and assistants can't be thanked enough for their caring, and professional treatment. I wish I could give you ten stars because five is certainly not enough.

He diagnosed the problem, told me that due to the severity the only option was surgery, and finished with the successful pain relieving surgery. Fast forward, I'm not sure how many years since that surgery and no pain but several months ago I wondered if it was coming back. In this modern era I researched on the internet and found carpal tunnel syndrome can reoccur. I convinced myself this was the problem and finally got around to scheduling an appointment with Dr. Blackburn. Today I went for that appointment and was once again impressed with Dr. Blackburn's professionalism, his examination , the x-rays to confirm his diagnosis, and the treatment. Great news it was not carpal tunnel, did not need surgery, and was treated with the fitting of a hard wrist brace. I'll go for a recheck in 6 weeks but I can tell there was Instant relief from the pain the minute the wrist brace was fitted. Thanks again Dr. Blackburn! You are Woohoo, as good as it gets.

HORRIBLE OFFICE/ Let…read moreme start off by saying I personally worked with some of the physicians in this office and I do think they are top notch. My personal experience was horrible, I was attempting to make an appointment for my 12 yr old son after we were hit by a driver who ran a red light. My son was immediately taken to the ER and dx with a broken hand on 5/18, we were told to get him into Louisville arm & hand as soon as possible. On 5/20 (Monday) we called to make the appt and was told we can not without the proper claim information . We promptly got that and called the office back with that info. The first person we spoke to stated the insurance company would have to call. We asked for the number they need to call and were told the lady who takes care of this does not recieve Incoming calls because she was too busy. We asked if we could provide the number to call and was then told that she does not place outgoing calls either. Some one please explain how someone dealing with insurance does not place or receive calls?!? We contacted insurance desperately because my son is in pain and plays sports and we need to know what is happening with his hand. As a RN myself I was afraid it was healing improperly during the time we were waiting. So our insurance company called the office. By 5 PM that day, I got a call asking if I still want my son to be seen?!? I said of course his hand is broken. The female stated she would need the insurance information. I explained this had been provided 3 times now and she said, " oh yea, I see that in the chart. I will have someone call you tomorrow to schedule." 5/21: By 1 PM we had no call to schedule so I reached out. An extremely rude woman said she could not help because it shows the insurance was in there but not confirmed. I explained I got a call last night saying it was confirmed. She said " welp, I can't do anything because there is no note in the chart" I asked to be scheduled as a self pay and she said " we can not and will not schedule your son as it is a motor vehicle accident and we need to claim to be confirmed" I explained he was in pain, he is young and plays sports and she said " this is not my fault and I can't do anything" she said she could send a note back to the woman who takes care of this but that is all as that individual does not accept incoming calls" I called Louisville Ortho immediately and was able to schedule my son for a visit on 5/22 with no issues. It is 5/22 at 9:30 AM and I have yet to hear from Norton Louisville Arm and Hand. Absolutely unacceptable service and response time. Extremely rude and unknowledgeable office staff. Will never send anyone there for any sort of treatment.

The staff were very professional and the place was tidy and clean. I had some complications with skin tissue build-up which required some deep tissue massage. The staff knew exactly what to do. Milli Crowder and Kelly Condren both worked on me until I was able to complete my rehab and return to a normal life. PT can be painful at times and the staff constantly watched and gauged my reactions to reduce my suffering. I would recommend Precision to anybody that needs experienced, professional care from a staff that cares about you getting better. Thank you Milli!
