It is a four day event showcasing National and local musicians. You can purchase a camping package or stay in local hotels or Air B&B's. Thursday there are parties and music at different local venues in the Village of Kernville. Friday and Saturday the festivities are held at the Frandy Campgrounds. They have a main stage and an acoustic stage and vendors providing food and shopping. Sunday there is a band and vendors in the Kernville Square. It is family friendly and you can easily go up for just a day if you live in Bakersfield. You can follow the event of Facebook. I highly recommend this fun local music festival.

Upon entering you walk into a rather large theatre with your traditional movie screen. Then you're left wondering how did they fit this screen in here? This place is a gem and a must if you're in the area. If you've driven by the theatre don't waste your time thinking, "I wonder how that place looks like inside?" I was very reluctant to pull the trigger and purchase bulk beef especially because I am a single mother with a single income as you can imagine this is a hefty purchase. But after research and seeing this is a family ranch in California willing to cover shipping and at a reasonable price I had to say a prayer and make the purchase ( I started with a quarter beef). At first I didn't hear anything but a few days later I received an email from Mike thanking me for my business then Kellie reached out a week and a half later ( by this point I was like crap I got scammed) she let me know they were going to take the cow to the butcher and keep in touch I quickly responded asking questions about my order even requesting a tongue everything was looking better. The next day Kellie and Mike reached out by phone and spent time conversating like a normal people because I let her know how I was feeling and she reassured me everything was legit. She watched the ups update closer than me letting me know it was at my door before I could even check myself!! Once I got my order I was not disappointed!!
