He explained everything to me in full detail before we began which I appreciate. The staff is very friendly, called to check up on me multiple times after the procedure. I will be back for sure. It is still your responsibility do not believe them and read the small print. Sure the front office is busy but dont tell a client you will do somerhing and not do it and then back track and say its on me when i requested your office administrator check coverage date and eligibility due to a new job and dates differ. Even after spending $$$ for dental work there was No working with the client to admit fault just hide behind small print. Besides trying to make money and suggesting I get my teeth pulled when I didn't need to the receptionist still would not admit she didn't look up anything prior to an appt made for a simple x ray and teeth cleaning. Please seek another Dentist there are plenty of other dentists that are honest in Hutch so I have learned. I did write Dr Evans and I received $25 for my time in writing the letter even after I pointed out other practices had admitted each Dentist can write off mistakes like the one that happened with me. "Trust me your covered" is not true here!

DYSFUNCTIONAL DENTIST…read more Todd Esau's dental assistant said they needed a picture of my face so they could use it for my file. A picture of my face has nothing to do with my teeth - absurd. Todd Esau greeted me from the back of the dental chair (the invisible dentist). I asked him to come around so I could see his face and have a respectful greeting - something he was unable to figure out. Todd Esau was so dysfunctional that he was unable to display any common decency. Todd Esau kept spraying air on all my teeth (with bone loss) on the lower right, preventing him from being able to ascertain what tooth needed treatment. He recommended that I go back to California for my dental care. Overall, Todd Esau is completely and totally dysfunctional and the most negative person I have ever met. AVOID............. Go to Wichita!

I went to Dr. Brummet to get 3 cavities filled - they were harder than avcerage cavities with one…read morebeing right of the front of my front tooth - was an old cavity that a not a great dentist had filled in North Carolina and the filing had fell out about 6 months ago or so. Anway, went in and the woman is a machine. In 30 mintues she had me numbed out (I NEVER felt a thing with the novacaine needle), every cavity filled and ready to go. I never had ANY pain, only had to get the intial shots, and had a very nice dentist - great personality - not too stiff and not so relaxed you dont' trust them. She was absolutly perfect - THE BEST DENTIST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD. I always get a dentist that has to give me like 15 novacaine injections and then i still feel most of what they are doing. She was a dream come true. Highly recommend taking children there because they will never be nervous about going to the dentist. Summ up- completely awesome & highly recommend!!!

I explained to her that I have Delta Dental Insurance and it should cost around $90 or less. She became indignant and claimed that I was not a good fit for their dental office. So, if they try to overcharge you, and you say anything, they will (triangulate) and attack you, and claim, "You're not a good fit" - it's ridiculous. I'm not a good fit because they can't cheat me out of my money. That is the definition of sleazy. The staff at this dental office are sleazy! They made an appointment the next day. The dentist was absolutely wonderful. The shot was painless. When he used the drill no pain at all. Very caring , kind dentist. The staff was very friendly.
