They denied my claim and stuck me with the bill ($8,500) because i did not have her listed as a driver when she has only lived with me a short time! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I pray they make it right i have 2 kids and cannot afford to come out of pocket this much. Full cover age should be FULL COVERAGE not half coverage. They will do anything to leave you responsible for the bill. When I asked for my premiums back I was laughed at and told that is not how this works. Lord help you if you are stuck with cleavell jones as a adjuster. I now will have to struggle to keep payment up on my car which is financed while coming up with the thousands of dollars to fix the thing.
