Sue washed my hair once, even though I was really sweaty. I never had my hair washed only once in a salon. I asked for a bob short in back, long and angular on sides. She cut it and asked if I wanted it styled, I did. She literally dried it for a minute, yes a minute! Never showed me the back. When I paid she had the audacity to charge me for a style! What!!!! I went home & tried to style it, it was the same length all the way around & no angle on sides. My daughter came home and said "omgsh Mum, what the hell did you do to your hair? I went somewhere else the very next day! The cheap became expensive! 2 wash cut and "styles " in 2 days. Buyer beware. If you go there don't let Sue work on you! Feel like they owe me my money back as I certainly didn't get what I paid for. Not to mention the time it took for 2 haircuts in a little more than 24 hours. Maria had no reservations and we jumped in with great results from the start. It IS a process but each time my hair looks more and more silver with no bad phase to suffer.
