Recently, I received devastating news that my dog of nine years had been diagnosed with terminal…read morecancer and was given a very short life expectancy. I knew immediately that I wanted to take family pictures with my family (which consists of two dogs and my long term boyfriend). I immediately thought of my sisters wedding photographer, Christine Meeker Pictures, who did such an amazing job at her wedding in January. Boy am I glad I called them! I called on a Monday and spoke with Laurie, she was so sweet, caring and professional. After explaining what I wanted she had me booked that same week on Thursday! Such a quick turn around! When we arrived for the pictures, their studio was amazing. We loved all of the outside setups and props that we were able to take pictures in front of. Even thought my dogs were a little crazy with all of the stimulation, Christine and Jennifer were fantastic. They were so patient and you could tell how much they love and enjoy what they do. One thing I really loved was during each picture grouping Christine would say, "Got it!" when she got the picture. It was such a wonderful experience during such a difficult time for my family. Before leaving, they already had me set up with a date to come back and review the pictures. The review process was amazing with Amanda as well. I loved the set up of the room and how she went over all of our pictures in a slide show format. It felt very personal and was a great touch. Now to the pictures themselves... They are absolutely amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better turnout. I loved all of them, so it was difficult to choose which ones I wanted. I ended up ordering three prints of different sizes and a book. Words can't express how happy I am and how much I will treasure these pictures. The cherry on top of my experience with Christine Meeker Pictures was that after it was all said and done, Amanda asked how Dutch (my dog) was doing. It was that extra step that sealed the deal for me. I will definitely be calling them again for any future picture occasions!

From our first few email exchanges, it was clear Monette deeply cared about making the experience enjoyable and comfortable for us. She helped us decide on timing, wardrobe, and location. She let us send images for inspiration and walked us through what to expect and how to prep for the session. During the session, she made us feel so calm and was a true baby whisperer!!! She also is dog friendly which is a huge plus! She has great direction and made sure to capture the shots we wanted and had spoken about.
