My family had a great experience with Christine! We were held up and arrived a couple of minutes late, but they accomodated us and made our quick shoot so much fun! The pictures she took are absolutely amazing; she really captured my children's spirits and made my husband and I look great! We were laughing and having a ball, not posing, and so I really feel like these pictures represent our family. Her staff was wonderful, too. From the moment we called to set up our appointment, to the follow-up from her husband to see if we needed anything, to the viewing session, they were pleasant, professional, and great to work with. My only complaint was that the price for the prints was really high... I would have loved to buy more prints but I couldn't justify the cost (I'm sorry, but $100 for a 5x7 is just too much). Her packages help with this, and allowed us to purchase the prints we wanted for grandparents, but we weren't able to get all we wanted for ourselves. That's ok, I suppose... I only have so many table-tops and walls for hanging! The prints themselves were beautiful, so I guess the cost of that high-quality printing gets passed on to the customer. If you are looking for a really special photographer to capture your family's true personality, you can't go wrong with Christine. Just bring your checkbook. ;-) read more

We found Christine Meeker Studios about 4 years and haven't even THOUGHT about anyone taking our pictures since. We live in Spring, which is a hike out to her studios, but worth it every single time. I view my photographs as possibly the most important possesions I own. As my children grow photos help me to remember what they were like at that exact moment in time. I literally have surrounded my life with photos taken by Christine Meeker Studios. Terri is awesome to work with. She remembers us, our tastes and what we've done in the past. I can come to Terri and tell her what I'm trying to capture and she gets it right every single time. This last spring I brought her my son and told her I wanted her to capture him as he is right now. She gave me photos that show exactly that...a boy in love with baseball. Every time I get the photos I think Christine Meeker and Terri can't possibly take a better one, but then the next year they do! The staff at Christine Meeker is so pleasant to work with. It's ALL about making the customer happy. I've gotten a photo that wasn't exactly what I ordered and they corrected it immediately. I stupidly ordered the wrong photo one time and guess what? I was very impressed with Chrisitne Meeker Studios. After going to another photographer in Houston a couple weeks prior and being totally disappointed, I was pleasantly surprised with Christine Meeker Studios. During my children's session, it was unbelieveably hot, however they were able to get quality shots in various locations. They were also really good at getting and keeping my 4mo olds attention as well as my 2.5 year old. During my review session I was able to sit in a room and view a slideshow on a big screen and with the help of the assistant, I was able to easily narrow down the photos I liked. Before we began to narrow down the photos I was a bit overwhelmed because there were so many to pick from, however, I was amazed once we got started at how easy she made it to narrow down the photos. I love the Meeker Pictures team! They are not only fabulous people, but they are extremely talented. I hired them to photography and video my daughters wedding. Not only was it a large wedding (which makes for a very busy evening for a photographer), but it was also a surprise wedding. The details and decor of the wedding was revealed to her on the day of. This would have normally added to the difficulty of photographing this wedding. The Meeker s took this challenge and then leveled up!! -- They not only took fabulous photos but covered all the many, many elements and activities of the wedding and the video was absolutely delightful!! Our family had our portraits done in January, and we have never had such beautiful pictures taken! That is why I am giving 5 stars. However, I wouldn't be a good customer if i didn't share the following: * very pricey * our family of 4 pictures were perfect, but the extended family pictures of 11 people did not meet my expectations. * presentation of proofs was UNBELIEVABLE! They showed pics on a projector in a dark room...different sizes/coloring/groupings...hands-down best presentation. * several of my friends have asked me about them...they say they have never seen such great pictures. read more

Took the grandgirl for some photos and we all had the most fun ! So mant beautiful settings for photos that include outdoor and inside. The photographer and her assistant was super creative and fast. Our 6 year old grandgirl loved posing, but than they caught many pics of her in the moment. Several weeks later, we received the best photos that our family will treasure for years to come. For our 50th Wedding Anniversary, we had a family portrait made at Meeker Studios. There are eleven of us in the family, so it was quite an ordeal just to get everyone together, being that one son and his family live in Washington state. The session was so laid back and the props / sets were AWESOME The session where you pick your pictures was great too with the movie screen and music.
