From our first few email exchanges, it was clear Monette deeply cared about making the experience enjoyable and comfortable for us. She helped us decide on timing, wardrobe, and location. She let us send images for inspiration and walked us through what to expect and how to prep for the session. During the session, she made us feel so calm and was a true baby whisperer!!! She also is dog friendly which is a huge plus! She has great direction and made sure to capture the shots we wanted and had spoken about. Her website is nicely done, her portfolio is great, she is priced very reasonably, and she got back to me really quickly after I emailed her the first time(much quicker than other photogs I reached out to). Once I decided to go with her, she was extremely accessible and quick in answering emails and phone calls. Jenna took the time to get to know me and find out what I was looking for in our wedding pictures. She did not simply show up on the day of the wedding; she got coffee with me a month before the wedding to get to know each other (her idea!). Trust me, that made a BIG difference in my comfort level on wedding day. She was not a random girl taking our pictures - she was Jenna, the girl who cares! It was honestly like having a friend taking all of our photos. Jenna is friendly, classy, talented, and funny. She joined in on our conversations while we were getting ready, but also blended in to the background at appropriate times too. She got along with all of my bridesmaids and groomsmen, which makes the "funny shots" easier because everyone was relaxed and not being yelled at.
