Then when I had issues with the flooring, she said "as long as the structural are good we can close". They rushed the closing charged us 500 for not closing on time, and then after closing, took them 8 months to repair my kitchen floor.then my shingles were bubbling, in which I reached out; They repaired them immediately but I was met with "they are done right its an aesthetic flaw." uhm what? My shingles bubbling because they are not played correctly is not aesthetic. Now my basement has been leaking and we are going on a year in Feb 2025; they have yet to diagnose the leak source or address it. When I submitted complaints regarding my kitchen floor lifting she told me it was an aesthetic issue, lol my under a month home having a vynil floor completely lifting is aesthetic lol. Then they had a construction crew working on a sidewalk next to my home in which they used my house, my water source, and my property to complete a public side walk that has nothing to do with me. Next time I buy a home, and I meet anyone Like Merry Stefan, I'm running for the hills. Unprofessional, nasty, and doesn't care about her clients interest. Oh might I add she attempted to tell us we are not allowed to use an agent of our choosing to buy the house so she can make a larger percentage of the profit. Outright nasty.

One of my biggest concerns is the $250 annual lease review fee per unit. Charging this fee every single year on an existing long-term lease makes no sense to me. If nothing has changed with the tenant or lease terms, why should owners continue paying an annual "review" fee? I have repeatedly asked for clarification from the Board but have never received a clear answer. Communication has also been a major issue. Questions often go unanswered or take an unreasonable amount of time to receive a response. It feels like getting straightforward information is much more difficult than it should be. Another issue involved my association dues. For years, AMI automatically withdrew my dues through EFT. Without any notice that I was aware of, the automatic withdrawals stopped. The result was late fees being assessed to my account, even though they continue to process EFT payments for my other units. Rather than working with me to correct what appears to have been a preventable administrative issue, I was simply charged late fees. As a property owner, I don't expect special treatment--I simply expect consistency, transparency, and reasonable customer service. Instead, I have spent far too much time trying to resolve issues that should have been handled quickly and professionally. I hope the Board and management company take owner concerns more seriously and improve their communication, consistency, and fee policies.

That stake was set about 5 feet back from the left side, confirming my previous belief that the markings were off due to tree roots. So I am left with an $115" bill for one hour of work, no drawings confirming boundary, and no real confirmation of the back border. They refuse to respond to complaint email and phone call and just keep sending the bill. I would not deal with this company since there are so many options. I'm still not sure how to resolve this problem but o would avoid them with so many other options.
