Had a renter's policy they would not cover for my furniture and personal belongings that were damage because of a ceiling leak in zero degree weather, on December 24, 2023. And, my car stopped and airhead Destiny did not add roadside assistance to my policy which was including in my current policy. She tries to upsell, and not be thorough in anything else. I renewed my policy and the app still gives you old insurance cards, called the agent and they gaslit me as if I was making the shit up! they totally minimize everything. If I'm paying these high premiums and getting half ass service, it's time to switch companies. You smart alec azz will receive the cancellation from the new insurance company. The Bible says, "Expose them!" America will never be great again with companies/corporations like this!! They deserve zero stars!
