John is completely unprofessional. After my immigrant mother in law requested a quote and found out she had to go through other services she politely let him down. Due to her using the word venue inaccurately, this man drug myself, a stressed bride with a near wedding date and my venue into a dramatic whirl of events with my MIL. When someone doesn't want to work with you please stop there. I cannot believe you copy and pasted her email to you and sent to the venue. John was the best!! He was so fun to work with and so talented!! He was great at giving us direction while keeping the mood very light and fun! He also got great candid footage. John was so organized and scheduled a phone call before the wedding to talk about what I would like to have captured on the wedding day so he could best understand what was most important to us. John also offered "well wishes" where he video-ed our guests giving their well wishes on our wedding day. Those will be so special to have and fun to watch together!
