I've lived in South Florida since I was 5 for the last 45 years and in the same house last 19 years. I'm a gringo and a war vet so to me your word is the defining nature of how "good" you are as a person or as a business. I've had 19 years of electrical contractors that would promise and either show up late(or not at all), change the price or screw up the job. And good luck getting them to fix it. John's company showed up when they said they would, they gave me a reasonable estimate and didn't change it later, and when they were done not only did it work well but when done but after you actually checked it out you could see they didn't take any shortcuts. And by the way I can talk from MANY years of experience, the one guy out there that's cheaper than everyone else is cutting a corner somewhere and sometimes it's a dangerous corner. I can tell you from experience and you might not figure it out til later when it's too late). These guys went above and beyond the call of duty and at a reasonable rate. Update: I called this company to come figure out when my lights were flickering so bad and to check a bad outlet. The Electritian who came over simply checked the inside box and claimed that he had to tighten the lines and everything would be fine. I assumed that he fixed our issue and my safety concern. I continued to have light flickering after the Electritian left but figured that we were safe. So when my entire house almost blew up and my garage door opener, printer blew up with a plume of smoke, light bulbs blew up after shinning brighter than the sun, etc all shorted out costing me over a $1,000 to replace. It turns out that the reason why my lights were flickering was because my outside neutral line to my house (220) was loose and breaking away from the neutral bar. If the Electritian would have just went outside, he would have saw my neutral line was broken and saved me $1,800 in repair costs. Two stars for coming over quickly but when I hired another professional company after my house was blowing up, the electrician easily identified the problem within 20 mins of coming to my house. Can't commit to a five star review on a company after paying over $350 to them only to find out that they never treated the problem and costs me way more money due to a lack of knowledge. read more

Amazing response and professionalism We had an electrical emergency last night so I called first thing this morning. Tim arrived early around 8:00am to fix all of our electrical problems. He is knowledgeable, professional, and always very polite. He had to replace the electrical components of our hot water heater that were fried because they were installed incorrectly by the plumbing company. This caused the unit to melt the connection, cause sparking, and our garage to fill with smoke. He also brought the electrical connection up to code (also not done by Ganz Plumbing when the water heater was installed less than a year ago) and fixed the loose ground wire that caused sparking on the outside of our house. I called on the weekend and left a voicemail. My call was promptly returned on Monday morning. I explained the issue to John and he informed me that he could have someone out the next day. Tim was assigned to take care of the request. He called an hour before arriving to notify me that he was on his way. Tim was respectful and professional. So happy we found this company. The owner John was very professional. He had Tim call us and come out to the house to talk about what we wanted and needed done. He was really helpful giving us advise on which lights we should do for recess lighting, recommended how many in each room etc etc and even told us about a different light for the bathroom.
