He didn't even bother to research my recent neighborhood sale (closed this month, plus sold the first weekend on the market) and I'm pretty sure he thought my house was literally in Mountain Home vs our actual location. 15 minutes prior to our scheduled in person meeting you guys said you didn't have access to my recent listing photos and I needed to go photograph my home and property because business was so good for you, my appointment was turned into a video visit. Then during the meeting he brought up his "access to our last listing history 2 years ago" stating Idaho real estate has gone down since then. That's hilarious. Predatory is the best word that comes to mind since y'all required my mortgage statement to "keep the appointment" to offer 2k to take over my payment and kick me out, suggesting we rent for a year to wait for real estate stability. We are 2 disabled military veterans that live with a single mother and her child. How disgusting and pathetic is that?? Definitely predatory behavior. Watch out, Veterans! There was an over abundance of cars on the street unlike the spacious area portrayed on the photos. We had minor issues with the lockbox. Next to the lockbox was a laminated handout warning us of scammers and not to communicate with individuals claiming to be the owners of the condo. We wondered if this neighborhood was as safe as we originally thought. The back patio was very small and looked unkept. Finally the inside was quite old and dark during midday, unlike the open airy well lit spaces portrayed in the photo. We could hear creaks going up the stairs. We felt like we were mislead by photos that did not truly represent the property we viewed.
