Immediately after signing the contract he completely stopped responding to us, and never completed the contractual items as agreed upon in the contract. Due to his negligence, we almost became homeless, and he couldn't even be bothered to answer his phone for several days to give us any indication on how we would be able to proceed with our purchase. Due to his carelessness our contract became null and void, as he failed to even communicate we wouldn't be closing on time and now he refuses to have his seller sign the release for our earnest money. The most frustrating part is while he put my family through an awful ordeal for several months with no regard to our well-being, he was posting non stop about all of the houses he was flipping and how many millions he had made. It is clear that he, and anyone he represents are completely corrupt and if this review can help anyone at all then I hope it spares them from the awful situation we have endured.
