Every aspect of our experience with this office was 5 star all the way from the staff to the dental assistants, the hygienist and their Dr's, all super friendly, professional and just exceptional at their jobs and making you feel at ease. The problem is the receptionist and the phone system they have. The receptionist has a big attitude problem. She isn't nice to clients. She told me on the phone she left me a voicemail with a nasty snappy attitude that she returned my call. You don't speak to people that way. Back in December the week before Christmas I called them and it took 10 DAYS for them to call me back. Ridiculous. Very poor customer service by the receptionist. The dentist and her medical staff I give high scores. I worked in customer service for 30 years. You don't speak to customers like that. When I just called to cancel my future appointments, the receptionist said WITH PLEASURE and hung up on me. WOW.

The front office staff is great with billing and appointments. I really appreciate the care and attentiveness from the Hygenist. Not only is a thorough job done but she educates on proper care and remembers sensitive areas. This location takes me almsot 40 min to a hour from my work and home but its worth coming to. I had signed up hoping to get a failed crown replaced. I left with a temporary crown and when the permanent crown is delivered , it will be installed, averting a potential dental disaster. Scheduling is easy, they are very flexible and always give a reminder courtesy call about upcoming appointments. I moved to Palm Harbor and I still make the drive down to Largo for my dental appointments. That says a lot.

Even the bitewings are merely uncomfortable, not painful. Prices are very fair. I'm now looking at insurance to supplement Medicare, but I may go without insurance and still come out ahead. I will never go anywhere but Largo Dental & Implant.

I have a dental discount plan and I don't understand why they accept it as they don't like it and think it is acceptable to charge more than what I am to pay. Very stressful place to go.
