The process involved three visits and could not have been more stress-free and comfortable. Although not done for cosmetic reasons, it mattered greatly to me that my appearance would not be changed and that the end result would preserve my original, natural smile. I could not be more pleased by the end result. I still have my unique smile without any suggestion of having had "anything done" except, perhaps, for an enhancement that has definitely restored a more youthful appearance. Thank you, Dr. O'Neal. Then I got "fired" by the office manager for coming in to my appointment. At the time I was busy taking care of my parents so missed a text but did sign the paperwork virtually prior to coming and showed up on time for my appointment with no history of no-shows. I was told I didn't respond to the text message so they gave my appointment to someone else. They rescheduled me for Friday but had to cancel on me as the tech called out sick. They would text me about appointment times but by the time I text back after checking my schedule a couple hours later the appointment was already booked. I called to see if I could make a time work with my new work schedule and expressed (not yelled or was rude) my frustration over being in the office for my appointment and not being seen and having difficulty rescheduling. The office manager said "I'm not going over this with you again I'll email you your files and you can go some where else" I never received my records, an apology, an easy reschedule. I've never not paid or no-showed an appointment. And I truly love my dentist after having some anxiety finding one after a bad experience with oral surgery a few years ago. Now this is one of the best places that accepts my insurance and I'm unsure where to go for care & cosmetics. If you do schedule here make sure you text back 100% of the time asap & avoid the office manager.

The staff members in the office are friendly and professional. They seem genuinely happy to be working there. The office is clean and well organized. From the moment you walk in, you feel that this practice genuinely cares about people--not just teeth. I was first introduced to Clearwater Family Dental when I brought my mother (75, living with dementia) and my 95-year-old stepfather. The entire team made them feel safe, respected, and comfortable, and both were extremely pleased with their extractions and updated dentures. That experience alone spoke volumes. After that, I decided to become a patient myself--and I'm so grateful I did. My experience here has been night and day compared to previous dental offices. The attention to detail, education, patience, and skill of Certified Registered Dental Hygienist Nicole Osika was exceptional. As a caregiver, I had admittedly neglected my own dental care, and she truly had her work cut out for her. This office was recommended to me by my nutritionist. I was very skeptical at first. But the doctor identified two areas where I have an inflammation behind my gums. Also, Dr told me I need to get rid of my two root canals. Of course, at first I took care of the Area behind the gums first. I started feeling a little better. However, a year or later I had another episode. That's when I decided to get rid of the root canals. I was super scared. The procedure went very well and smooth with no issues. My lung capacity increased right away. I was finally able to breathe with the full lungs. I told everyone about it. It happened within an hour after my root canals were taken out. Then I waited until everything is secure and safe in my mouth to place the implants. Customer service and their attention that I received in this office is above and beyond.
