The receptionist reprimanded me that I was not there a half hour before the appointment to fill out the paperwork. Even though i had the paperwork done by the time of my appt they took someone else because i didn't get there at 8:30. Then billing harasses me about me needing to pay $130, despite me telling them 3 times i met my deductible and do not pay anything. I asked to speak with the person in billing and she refused to speak with me. when the dr finally comes for us i ask to speak with him privately first , he refused , said he would not speak with me unless my 17 year old was in the room. Worst hospital in the area for so many reasons but that was just my most recent experience and it officially my last time choosing to go there for ANYTHING. I hate this hospital. In December, I was not doing anything and canceling everything because my depression got so bad. And I have had terrible anxiety that needed more than just medicine at this point . It seems like it is really going to work on me and so far I will recommend this office, or another one of their offices. They are very responsive. My personal experience in Valhalla is always great and I'm happy and Julianna, Brianna, Colleen and Sabrina make me feel so comfortable, during a fairly uncomfortable time. They will chat with me and make the time pass quickly. I'm so glad I found TMS Clearview in Valhalla and I can tell it is life altering already!
