She made gaps in my hair and didn't even cut it straight across the back of my neck. This was on a Friday. They are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I had to go to Great Clips on Sunday. They had to cut it even shorter to make it look halfway decent. It will be a month before it looks significantly better. Reba's daughter Lisa will give you a good haircut. Be sure you use her if you go in. Otherwise, you will be sorry like I am!
