I was suprised to when I went to Roosters at Jones Valley. I purchased a Gentleman's Choice card…read more(actually there are 3) for $586. This card allows me to get 12 haircuts and shaves. The employees in the past indicated that each Gentleman's Choice would cost $48.88. I'm ok with this price. I am not OK wioth what the clerk and manager told me--that I needed to pay another $2.00. I purchased the Gentleman's Choice card with the understanding that $586 would be all I needed to pay Roosters notwithstanding potential increases in price. I believe that I have 10 or so shave and haircut left. If this stands Rooster will have made me pay $22 or so in addition to the contract I made. You have had the benefit of the $586 I paid. I think it would be equitiable to allow the deal I thought I was making when I paid the $586. I also want the $2.00 I was charged today. Any minor irritaion. The management failed ti insure that I had been getting messages from Roosters. The had both telephone numbers but assoicated my non-cell nuber for the cell. My cell number is below. Charles T. When I came in, they had an upstairs section run by a local company called Snail on the Wall. Check them out if you have the time, I believe they're there until the end of winter. They also have a barber shop in the corner by the professional section - appointment only from what I understand though, but it comes in handy if you need to get it all one-and-done in a single outing. Had a great conversation with the barber there on men's style and fashion. In fact, all of the employees there were super friendly. I'd definitely go back again to treat myself or get a little something as a gift.
