John Santono, I have left you numerous msgs in numerous occasions to please call me back and you NEVER DID. I have spoken to almost everyone at your office from several employees, a man who claimed to be your brother to your very rude and unprofessional office manager Maite and you Sir John Santoro nowhere to be found. At this point I had no choice but to move on but would have been nice to be seen and heard from what is supposed to be someone who cares for their clientele. Professional scammers. JOHN SANTORO advertised to change my insurance for $1,900 for 6 months (3 cars). I texted and sent multiple emails because the beacons were not received. 3 months later I received 1 beacon. Now they sent an additional bill for $800 !! Never had any accident, never had any tickets. read more

I wanted to put out a review to describe my experience with this State Farm location as a warning to others who are looking to possibly switch to State Farm for insurance coverage. I want to start by saying I have never left a negative review of any business I have dealt with(check my review history) My experience was horrific. I spoke to Alyssa (office manager at the time) to get set up with State Farm originally and she was wonderful ! She quoted me a great rate on auto insurance for the same coverage I currently had with another company. I was thrilled and had her set me up with my policy right away ! She took my payment, set me up for auto bill pay and emailed me a welcome email and a temporary ID card and all seemed great. I kept waiting for my real ID cards and some type of packet or information about my policy to come in the mail, but it never did. As the holidays approached and life got busier I didn't think about the ID cards again. Then I received a letter in late December that my husbands drivers license was at risk of being suspended due to our lack of automobile insurance. I immediately called Alyssa when I returned to work the first week in January to find out what was going on. I was informed that my policy had been cancelled because when they attempted to take my auto payment on 10/3 (was due to be debited from my account mid-September, but no reason given as to the delayed attempt) the transaction was denied and instead of someone calling or emailing me for updated information, they cancelled my policy altogether. She claims to have mailed a letter but had no record of calls or emails being sent. I never received a letter, and still hadn't received my ID cards. I was obviously livid. Alyssa assured me that if I made a payment that day for the regular monthly fee I was quoted, my policy would be reinstated and my next payment would be my regular January monthly installment due the middle of the month and would be auto drafted as originally put in place. I asked if anything else would be due and I was assured that nothing additional was due until my regular monthly installment for January. I then was notified that I owe 3 times that amount by the end of this month. I called Alyssa back... she no longer works there. The owner, John, informed me that Alyssa has misquoted my premium from day one and that it has been reconfigured and now my monthly payment would be $30 more per month than originally quoted. I agreed to pay John the revised premium but refused to pay the additional funds being invoiced to me. John explained that those are the fees that were due for November and December. I explained to john that I will 100% not be paying for coverage for months I wasn't even covered with State Farm due to their company cancelling my policy without any notice to me. I was baited and switched by Alyssa into a payment that was to clear our balance to come and find out that was not the case. John and his brother Joseph, who was now my "account rep" had zero understanding or remorse for the fact that their former employee made a mistake and they now expected the CUSTOMER to just deal with it. They stated "there is a reason she no longer works here". I have worked in customer service for a long time and never have I been instructed to let a customer suffer the consequences of a mistake I had made. It's shameful that a company as large as State Farm would not want to do right by their customers. In my final contact to this office, I cancelled my policy with State Farm. My husband requested they pull my initial call with Alyssa and also the one from January where I was assured everything was back in place and their response was for us to contact corporate. They made no attempts to try to see how they can prevent this in the future. We understand mistakes are made but it's how a company responds to their mistake and how the reconcile the error that shows their real intentions. This is strictly a sales driven office. We simply wanted to move forward with what we agreed upon but unfortunately we were the victims of a bait and switch. I recommend if you are dead set on using State Farm please do not use this office. I hope corporate will pull these interactions so they can see both sides of this. read more

This morning I got a mail from the police motorway who stated my state farm insurance was cancelled and my licence could be suspended. I checked my emails to understand and except an "happy birthday" email, I ever got an email from the agency or from State Farm. I immediately called them, the lady on the phone was very very rude and told I was lying. She said that they sent a couple of emails, mails and they also tried to call me on my phone. I always call back the missed calls and did not get any calls from them. I check carefully my mails and emails. I asked to talk to a manager because I did not like the way she was talking (arrogant and rude). The manager told me he could check if the policy can be reinstalled and he needed to call me in 1H. He called at end of day only so I was unable to take my car this day because my 2 cars were uninsured according to him. So be careful with this insurance, they are very polite to sell their $300 premium and don't give a shit when they need to fix their problems. I have gone to PROGRESSIVE who was cheaper and explained me they cannot cancel a policy without informing customers and be sure that message has been transmitted. read more
