Why would you advertise with you picture everywhere when doing investigation work that is probly better to be done without people knowing your face. Keep this in mind if he will be doing work for you, people can look at your phone and easily see that you have made calls to and from his agency, AND identify him. Not smart if you want discretion.

Their yelp has a total of four reviews. I also suspect that the handful of reviews are from NAI's family and friends. NAI ignored all my calls and emails for months. Until I posted a review. Someone took my money and I received a judgement in small claims court. I used my last $87 to hire these people to serve an information subpoena on T- Mobile . T-Mobile gave me an address that turned out to be the wrong. They claim they attempted the address 1 time and its the wrong address. They did not care to show proof of service until I disputed the charges. Normally a Process Server give you 3 attempts. I thought they would just send the subpoena by mail without charging me. They are not nice and don't care about you. Don't waste your money!

I work for the Arch Diocese, and we have been on the search for a security company for the many…read moreevents we host and for the protection of the Basilica. I have been to several businesses that use this company services ( on the recommendation of others who have used their services before) and I have to say EXTREMELY disappointing. There is no employee support, no consideration for their staff, and disrespectful treatment of their employees is not curtailed at all. Trader Joes (market street, Phila, Pa.) managers treat their guards with contempt and disrespect. I personally watched and listened to the manager yelling at a Narrow Security Guard (in front of customers) and using foul language towards this young man (who kept his composure) after he explained he had a family emergency he was addressing during his break. Later to find this young man was terminated. I witnessed another young man being accused of being inappropriate with an employee at the Forever 21 store. The manager was a disgruntled, Older, black woman and interjected herself into a conversation that had nothing to do with what she accused that young man of. When she was confronted by other patrons, she quickly excused herself to the rear of the store. That young man was let go as well. This is the type of crap that pisses me off and puts me in a position to not shop bat any of these locations. I specifically watched these incidents in hopes that I see Narrow security defend their staff, but disappointingly enough they did not. For my company and its many events, Narrow Security is a disappointment. When you support your staff, you get loyalty and hard workers. When you treat your staff as if they are expendable and aren't valued, well you get what you ask for.
