Don't use these people, but DEFINITELY don't use these people if you're a veteran. When they submit requests for military records to help file a claim, they can't even be bothered to submit the authorization correctly. They'll submit forms with signatures of people who have died, signatures that are expired, or will wait until the very last minute (limit is 365 days) to submit the request. My favorite is the MULTIPLE TIMES they have submitted requests where, instead of having the veteran's signature, they just have a digital scrawl saying "Paper". These people can't even be bothered to follow the Privacy Act of 1974 to submit a request for information to help a supposed client, which is so easy anyone could do it themselves. I set an appt to meet with the office manager Reggie at 9-9:30 this morning. At 9:35 his assistant called and said that he was running behind and would be here between 10 and 10:30am. I cannot speak to a final outcome as my case is still pending, but I agree with the previous reviews on the lack of responsiveness to emails and calls. Initially, when they were taking my case, they were in regular contact. Now I never hear from them. I understand they're representing multiple cases, but a quick check in just to say where things are in the process every few months would be appreciated. When I email them, which again I only reach out every 4-5 months, they do not respond for several weeks often after I've had to send a follow-up email. I just contacted Napoli and got connected with their "outsourcing" and I was not pleased whatsoever. What would they know about Camp Lejeune or the Marine Corp Station where I was stationed. I was stationed there at Hadnot Point from 1985 to 1987 (88) before being stationed in Okinawa, Japan. What a nightmare trying to explain my situation. All the outsourced representative wanted to know was to gather all my information that didn't have anything relevant to my potential case. In the longrun, she stated "unfortunately, you do not qualify". What the heck I don't qualify? I was station at Camp Lejeune and I am surely after time progress, am experiencing the effects of drinking contaminated water from "85 to 87 (88) and I don't qualify because I do not have cancer????? You proclaim false advertisement of helping veterans that was stationed there. My work environment was "right on top of Hadnot Point" and you refused me because I don't have cancer. I have others symptoms from drinking, bathing, eating food cooked in contaminated water (2-years worth of exposure) and you tell me I don't qualify. I have been with this firm for a year now. They have offices in several states in the US, but there is no way to get in contact with them. Everytime I call, the call goes to Puerto Rico. My messages never get returned; they never call back. When I ask the person on the line if there is a number for the US, they say no! Talking to them over there is like talking to my cat. For anyone reading this review, don't go with this firm. I don't feel comfortable giving my information to someone in Puerto Rico, not the US. I started sending them all my medical records in 2016, I kept in touch with them for 8 years all was well until they received the settlement. Then I received an e-mail on the 13th of March 24 that I didn't qualify. I have requested all my medical paperwork they have failed to return them. I have requested them again. I have had kidney failure for 4 years. Dialysis 3 days a week, 3hours and 15 minutes a day. Unfortunately my family and I chose this company on a class action law suit. The first law firm Onlander was awesome as they communicated effectively and kept me in the loop. Then I am notified that the law firm turned over my case to Napoli. I received a 1/2 of the funds promised to me then received three different dates of when I should be receiving the funds. Mind you the company that was negligent in providing toxic chemicals in their weed spray that resulted in me having Nonhodgkins Lymphoma that caused me to have chemo for 6 months (every 18 days) in the hospital for a 23 day stem cell transplant. As a retired MSgt that served his country for 25 years serving overseas in the Middle East etc it is sad the horrible things I encountered isn't half the stress of dealing with this firm. To compound this stress of having PTSD and then being strung out on the funds is so wrong for a Home Town Hero and yes i served a Large municipality and recieved Officer of the Year twice with more then 300 commendations. Since they are dragging their feet on dispersing the funds my next step is to contact my congressmen and Fox 4 news for their investigative reporting, the better business bureau and the Bar. They are not the lawyers to use for anything. For a year now all they did was send the same email over and over and over telling me to send information that I don't have. They wanted me to do all their work so they could sit back and collect a settlement check. I sent them a signed letter giving them permission to get all medical information regarding my case. They did nothing but send me the same email saying they don't have the information I signed a release for. They have all the hospital and doctors info but never bothered to follow through. So a couple of weeks ago I got another email (same as all the previous ones) and I told them enough is enough and I am going to lodge a complaint with the New York State AG and the Bar Association. Today I received 2 letters from them saying they will no longer be representing me. Funny how that threatening to lodge complaints and telling them I don't want them to represent me got an immediate response after a year of no progress. Do not use these scammers.
