I am so happy they did because I felt like just a number at the big clinic and this place has more of a personal feel. I'm from a small town and this is more of what I was accustomed to there. Dr Irwin has a great sense of humor and it helps keep the visits light. He spends the needed amount of time with you to understand your concerns and doesn't just shove pills at you and send you on your way. We checked in with about 10 other people. Their process was streamlined and efficient. We were in a room in 1/2 hour. All personal were great but a special shout out to Dr. Smith. I have never seen a doctor with such wonderful manners and concern and compassion. He was funny and had my mom at ease immediately. We both loved him. He walked us to the exit door.
