The doctor immediately walks in and asks me what I am doing there because I had enough medicine at home to self medicate. I haven't been back since. It was rude and embarrassing. I wasn't asking for pain meds, I just wanted to make sure I didn't have a blood clot. I hate being judged by what I take at home. They need to put their prejudices aside before assuming anything. I went to a Lexington…read moreClinic Urgent Care Clinic and was pleasantly surprised to discover they offered a walking clinic specializing in orthopedic care. The clinic was a one stop shop for my injury. They had X-ray onsite. It took less than an hour for me to be seen by a nurse practitioner, X-rayed, and put into a cast. My follow up visits were equally as efficient. An orthopedic clinic was a brilliant concert and my medical treatment was excellent. Hope I never need them again but glad to know something like this is available if I do.
