This person was going to collect information on my car and bike to get quotes drafted. 10 days later I was called back by yet another person. This phone-call came after my boyfriend called about a mistake with his policy and expressed his frustration in my not hearing back from them. Well, the second employee was going to provide the quote. This person read off the limits of the prospective policies. They were wrong; they were not what I provided to the first person. After that was fixed, she asked about accidents or tickets in the past 5 years. I told her about two tickets and a no fault accident. She verbally gave me a quote for the bike and the car. I asked for her to email me the quotes since there was confusion with the limits earlier. She emailed me quotes and the auto policy was more expensive than said over the phone, without explanation. When I contacted her, she said it was due to the accident's classification by my current insurance company. The pricing was still decent, so I made an appointment to set up the policies. I made the 20 minute trip to see Tamara. She made some suggestions on tweaking the policies and we were ready to get the ball rolling. She was going through some different screens when she got to my driving record. She asked me if I knew about my two speeding tickets. I said yes and indicated that I let the previous two employees know during the quote process. I asked if that meant that the policies weren't quoted with the tickets and she said they weren't and she couldn't help me having the two tickets and the accident. I was very upset that I made the trip for no reason. I had provided all of my information to two different people and was never informed that it would lead to nowhere. Perhaps if I spoke to Tamara right from the beginning, time and energy wouldn't have been wasted. All I know is that when this group can help me down the road, they will not be gaining my business after this mess.

The women who worked there were always able to help me with any question(s), why isn't there an office phone number? I come from a generation that there is always front office people to take your call quickly. I would've hit (2) but I'm going to see what the reason is for there being no way to call someone working in the office. I never had to wait for the past agent to call me, however, I always knew he was available if I did need to talk to him because the women would give him the message. Plus, the women who worked there at that time were the best, very good customer service skills. Where are they now, I hope still in the office. Depending how this plays out I may add a second review. . .Right now I am a bit frustrated w/no way to talk to someone until the agent finds time to call me. This could have been taken care of as it always was in the past by the office staff!
