They are all about their money. They didn't really care about ours. To start they changed the time…read moreon our only open house and forgot to change it on the website. Soo their realtor left and said sadly no one came. Two hours later at the original time several people showed up at our house, so we had to show our own house with no realtor support. They didn't offer to help stage the house even though they talked about it when they first came to see our house. Instead they suggested I get my girlfriend to help me!!! When the house was sold we discovered that we weren't getting back $550 in propane because it wasn't listed in the contract. They said oh we don't deal with those things!! Really, cause as our representative they should have. We had no idea that the real estate laws had changed since the last time we had sold a home . Then, the day before closing they are calling to say we didn't disclose our second mortgage. We had actually visited their office to make sure they had our second mortgage information, but in adding the second mortgage they erased the information for the first mortgage and couldn't find that information. Again, they deflected all resonsibility and offered no apology. Everyone else made all of these mistakes they said. They are never wrong, and they never apologize. The day of closing we had to put $750 in an escrow acct. for a minor repair. They gave us the buyers agent's number to deal with directly. After all they got their money, they were done. They never contacted us to remind us we only had a week to repair the issue, or to see if we got our money back. Our friend fixed the problem for $10. They are all about their money and really don't care much about yours!!

Especially because every time I went inside the bank, the tellers were never particularly helpful or dedicated. They deposited my check into the wrong account (someone with a similar name - they never asked to see my id or made sure it was me) then they told me that there was no way I could ever get my money back unless I could prove I was not this other person (we sharre the same name, so how could I prove this?). They were exceptionally rude about it. I got the feeling they were giving me the run around because I was just a college kid (kind of ridiculous since this is a college town). Eventually it worked out, but if you are going to be a customer I would seriously consider using the ATM's only (never go to a teller! never!!)
