You can book ahead for an eye test or jut walk in and they will take down your name and put you on a list with an approximate time of your appointment. The test itself was conducted very well and thorougly and I was shown to the glasses stand and left to choose on my own asking for help when needed which is just what I like. Aftercare was also very good, my glasses arrived on time and were adjusted accordingly and when I had to go back to get them straightened out at a later date they were more than helpful and sorted them out straight away. Great service all round.
