My home insurance coverage changed without notification from my Insurance agent, Patricia Wolever…read morelocated in Norman, Oklahoma. I repeatedly asked Patricia to send me a copy of the documentation noting that the coverage had changed. She would NEVER send this to me, despite my multiple requests. She also indicated that part of the reason that I had to pay such an exorbitant out-of-pocket portion for my roof damage was because I did not elect metal marring coverage. This is also untrue. In order to finally obtain the proper documentation from Farmer's, I had to contact the Federal Department of Insurance. Then, Farmers Insurance company suddenly produced all of the documentation that I had been requesting. The Insurance commission further noted that the metal marring was, in fact, NOT damaged and was not included in my out-of-pocket responsibility for my home's roof damage. (This points to another lie or, at minimum, total incompetency of Patricia Woelver.) When I confronted Patricia as to why she would not provide the documentation that I requested, she again lied and said that I never requested it, even though I made multiple phone calls requesting this information. Stay away from this insurance agent. She is a pathological liar!!

He provided the quotes and I thought they were a little high, $220 more just to add her, so I decided against it. Well apparently there was some miscommunication because she was added anyways. I thought this was just a minor mix up and that I would call and get it fixed. Well I called and he refused to refund my money! I told him it was a mistake and he basically told me that it doesn't matter. So I filed a formal complaint. Of course the corporate office did nothing to help me and basically told me the same thing. So I will be calling anyone and everyone I can to get this fixed. Even if there was a "miscommunication", she never lived with me and they never asked me if she did! So she shouldn't of been added anyway. You would think that they would just return the $220 to make the mistake right but no. I would not recommend going with Brian McPherson or Shelter Insurance.
