The young woman that took care of me is the only reason they got even 2 stars. I went to the Quincy location last year and my taxes were $140. This year they were $489!!!!! I bought a house last year and I added Instacart to help supplement my income but other than that I have had one W2 with the same job since I lived in WV. She called someone and got a code that took my taxes down to $140 then she said then I went to pay they were $179. For one W2, a 1099, no real deductions other than mileage for Instacart and a house $489 in less than an hour is a lot!!!! I could go to a full blown accountant and pay that which I guess I'll try next year. I will not take a chance to go there next year in case I don't get someone who takes the time to save me $310!
