I had to leave after he arrived, I didn't return for a few hours. When I returned he told me my finish needed a little more than just a wash and wax. Once he washed it, he clay it to get it to shine. He then hand waxed, and polished it to dealer shine (looked better than the first day I bought it) Interior was done flawlessly, even smelled marvelous, leather seats have never looked better! In my experience most detailers don't touch the engine compartment, but Alex is very conscientious. He cleaned everything by hand and made it brand new again. Alex gives some good, old fashion customer service, he didn't even charge more when he realized the finish needed to be clayed. He really took the time to ensure that I got my money's worth, and his work speaks for itself. Keep up the excellent work Alex, it's great to see such a young business owner do so well!
