We called the campground and unbelievably, they answered that late. Sandy agreed to stay there until we got there. Mike met us on his golf cart and toured us to 3 sites and let us pick. He then used his 30 years of mad trucking skills to get us into a tight site at dusk. He was awesome. We were in before it was completely dark. Full hookups including cable. Lovely neighbors. Pet friendly. We asked to stay 3 nights and they were able to work some magic to avoid having us move. What a stress reliever! The next morning they had a pet parade - all the dogs dressed to the nines! Fun! Thank you Sandy and Mike For taking the stress out of our last minute issue - right down to nothing!! You guys rock! We didn't use the heated pool but looked inviting (-and verified it was in fact warm!) Peeked at the activity center and laundromat- both looked good! You really can't go wrong with an event held near the water, even if you don't get a direct view since there's no actual windows upstairs(that I've noticed). The space is elegant, well-designed, and consistently organized to perfection each year. Everything runs smoothly, from valet parking at the entrance to easy access via stairs or elevator. The second floor is mostly hallways with large ballrooms throughout, making it easy to navigate between spaces. Overall, it's always such a fun and memorable experience. The only availability they had was for Saturday morning at 9 am for 60 minutes. I agreed and made the booking. I asked if we would have access to the other amenities at the spa and they informed that it was a small spa, but you could have access to the pools. The day of the massages we arrived early to fill out paperwork, changed and sat in the relaxation room until it was time for our appointment. They did offer us complimentary water, tea, and cookies. I think at 9 am they could have offered light breakfast pastries instead of cookies and brownies as I know they serve breakfast upstairs. When it was time for the massages, they put my husband and I in separate rooms. I was under the impression that booking a couples massage we would be in the same room. The massages themself were nothing impressive. The staff outside the room were pretty noisy sounded like they were stocking things and talking. Someone even walked into my husband's room during his massage. When we went to check out the person checking us out looked like she might have been training, but she was also not the most pleasant. A 20% gratuity is already included so we paid almost $400. for 2 60-minute massages that were just mid. Not worth the price especially when they don't have any other amenities to offer besides the pool.

It always and two full size bathrooms, living room, dining room and a kitchen. Our favorite part was the full size screened-in balcony facing the beach. It had double access one from our room and the entry was location in the living room. This place all the amenities for you to stay for a week, towels, dishwasher liquid, coffee maker, etc... the location is right on the beach and the access is a short walk. The beach is so pretty and is private. The staff was helpful and very responsive. We would definitely stay again! There is a pool & gym, we did not use it because we spent the whole day at the beach!

It's located by the door so sometimes it sounded like someone was at the door. The balcony with the ocean view was perfect! I wished there was a screen door though. We kept the sliding door open at night but ya never know if bugs are going to come in. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub with a refreshing cocktail from the bar. We specifically booked this hotel for that reason. They provide towels for use and we never had issues finding a lounge chair. Although, i can see this place filling up fast.
