If I could leave her 5 stars I would. Unfortunately the great experience stopped there. Post root canal I sought treament from Dr. Sbeih for clenching/grinding to prevent more cracked teeth. He gave me a custom built night guard. After 3 months I came back complaining that the nightguard was making things worse, changing my bite and making my teeth clench worse. Dr. Sbeih told me I am too young for botox (24yo) and that is the only treatment option, other than going back to my retainer (which I wore when I cracked the tooth)! He felt my masseter muscles and laughed and said it was crazy how large they are and how much I'm clenching. Called the nurse over to feel them too. This experience was so upsetting, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing. I practically begged him for some kind of treatment or relief and was laughed at and sent away. Trust me, I argued multiple times that if I go back to my retainer I'd crack another tooth. After this I cancelled all future appointments and was asked why via text, I replied to let them know how I felt... and never even got a response. This was 6 months ago, but I wanted to post my review now because the damage has been lasting and tremendous. I'm now seeing 3 different specialists for TMJ disorder and paying thousands trying to reverse months worth of damage that Dr. Sbeih has caused me. My quality of life is not the same.

She spoke to me about cleaning and flossing as if I were a 5 year old child. I'm a petite woman who is on the younger side, but cmon. As someone who's worked in healthcare for over 5 years, this was the worst bedside manner I've ever seen and experienced in my life. Dr. Nguyen was the next person in the room and spoke about 5 words to me then left. I am interested in doing Invisalign but they do consultations only on Wednesdays and Fridays with the last appointment being at 4pm. Nothing on Saturdays. That's difficulty for someone who works an 8-5 job and cannot get off. Overall, I was unimpressed with this visit and will be debating with coming back.

However, I had several concerns with the front desk staff, particularly regarding my insurance eligibility. The office was listed as an in-network provider with my insurance company, but the front desk staff repeatedly told me otherwise and were unable to properly assist me with verifying my coverage. Eventually, my insurance processed and paid for my exam and X-rays, but the front desk staff still did not acknowledge that the office was listed as an in-network provider under my insurance plan. In addition, the manager, Christina, told me that she would contact me in two weeks after submitting a pre-authorization request to my insurance company for my treatment plan but I did not hear from her. I did not feel that my concerns were handled with the level of care and professionalism I expected. Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service I received from the front office. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that there was a lack of communication and follow-through. While I was happy with Dr. Sandy Lin, my experience with the front office staff was very frustrating.

I've now had multiple treatments here and really appreciate the time Dr Khan takes to thoroughly assess each tooth to provide the right treatment plan. The facility is great and very well run. There are tvs in each room, modern equipment such as 3d handheld teeth scanners for more precise /comfortable imaging (I've ordered 2 night guards that fit great the first time they were made vs other offices where they've had to be redone, and the tooth images for fillings/crowns have been high quality showing the problem from multiple clear angles), and all of the office staff wear ear radios to communicate and get the patients in and out quickly. Unlike other offices that sometimes are eager to perform any procedure if there is a hint of problem, Dr Khan truly seems to look out for the patients interest and will choose to monitor teeth if there isn't an urgent need to work on them or suggest less invasive treatments (ie filling Vs crown) in attempts to minimize tooth surface loss.
