The Smokehouse could also be called a Smoke-truck. No dining inside. Scattered tables outside. Just like a food truck. Strategically placed in front of the speedway. The ribs we had were fall-off-the-bone tender and delicious. Full rack. Just the right amount of sauce, not overdone. Once again, we eat community style so most of the menu is purchased and we get to try it all. They make a great, extra cheesy, Mac -n- Cheese and the Fried Chicken is moist as well as crunchy. Good stuff! Pro Tip: Someone in your party must order Brisket Poutine. So delicious you could easily fill up on it. The weakest link to me was the Footlong Sausage Dog. But on any given Saturday, I could definitely see myself ordering and eating one. They just don't have any bad bbq. The service is fast and friendly. It's French fries, brown gravy and cheese curds. Not health food Yea, their poutin is pretty good. Try it, you won't be disappointed. You'll need a nap afterwards though.
