I had to buy vacuum on Amazon and do it myself.(pic below of debris.) It took over 10 months for them to finally agree that I had a leak that was causing upward of 70,000 gallons per month. They kept blaming the auto fill even though I told them it was off. That would have made sense if my pool was always full or over filled, but it was always low. (I was filling manually since Feb just to prove it) I fired them in an email and that's when the owner Damian finally got involved and defended his staff by saying that they were great which would be awesome if it were true. Basically he made it seem like they haven't done anything wrong. Which would mean that I'm wrong. He didn't even try to keep me as customer, just removed me from route. Damian on Sept 27th promised he would send me a letter to submit to water company for credit and that's when I agreed to the discounted amount to fix leak, Steven came out a few days later and fixed it.(he, by the way is great) It is now October 10 and have not received letter and he won't respond to my emails. I of course have already received bill for fix and will send out as soon as I get letter.

We researched, spoke to friends about their experiences and got quotes from various companies for almost 2 years before going with this one. Billy gave us a quote (that was actually itemized), explained everything thoroughly & honestly, was super quick to return all my texts and phone calls and didn't ditch us as soon as we put a deposit down. He was there through the entire process ensuring we had everything we needed and responding to our messages right away. Our pool supervisor changed halfway through the process but the service didn't. They told us it would be about 6 months from dig to swimming and it was done in 5. No deceiving lies about getting things done faster, no issues that weren't immediately fixed, no half ass handy work, no stress. I would use Premier Pools again and again.

Our project remains incomplete, and we have experienced significant delays, poor communication, and concerns regarding workmanship. Over the course of this project, I have made multiple attempts to contact management, including Steve Mileski and Zach Zervaski, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating and has made resolving issues very difficult. I am still hoping for a resolution and have requested contact from ownership or corporate management. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend the Fort Myers office. I will gladly update this review if Premier Pools & Spas takes meaningful steps to address these concerns.
