Tyler told me Jason was no longer with Moon Valley, and asked if he could meet with us at our home. Tyler was apologetic, kind, and could not have been more helpful. Tyler helped us find the right plants, and gave us nice ideas for our landscape areas. Despite being a very busy and important guy at Moon Valley, Tyler Brand treated my husband and I like we were very important customers, and was always available to us with any question we had. Tyler's team of hard working guys came and planted our new plants, refreshed our landscape areas with new mulch, and made everything look really lovely! I wanted to send a plant to a viewing and called the day before to ensure it would arrive on time…read morebecause there is no option to choose a delivery time on their website. I called and was assured it would be there at least 1-2 hours prior to the viewing at 9am. I got a text message at 3:30pm that my plant was out for delivery. I immediately called and was informed the request was on the form but not the delivery slip and the drivers "must have not seen it". Terrible.
