The beard trim was just shaping the neck and hacking off a couple of stray hairs; probably took thirty seconds and they charged $9. Used to be $5 and that would have been high for what I got. The only reason I kept coming back is because a simple buzz cut usually came out okay and is cheap. This time, I wanted something different just a bit longer nothing crazy and even brought a video of myself before with that hair to make it clear. He glanced at it for all of 2 seconds, didn't ask me any questions, and just started buzzing it. The result was way shorter than what I asked for basically another buzz cut even though I specifically said I wanted it longer. Didn't even try and cut it longer and ask what I think of the length to test it or anything. When It was obvious that I wasn't happy, there was no effort to fix it or even acknowledge the mistake. it just felt rushed and careless, yet there was nobody else there, I left very unsatisfied.
