They both agreed on a plan, and Macy worked on my hair throughout the appointment, with occasional check-ins from Holly. Unfortunately, the end result was far from what I expected. Rather than informing me upfront that achieving the look I wanted could compromise the health of my hair or result in an undesirable yellow tone, they proceeded without offering any alternative solutions or honest guidance. My hair, which had always been healthy, is now damaged and significantly compromised after this appointment. For the $300 I spent, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism, communication, and care. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for lightening services unless they're willing to risk damage and unsatisfactory results.
