Very plain on the inside, it has a homey feel and the staff are very friendly. The menu is pretty much what one would expect in a diner/cafe of this type: breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, burgers, and several entrees. At only $6, the two eggs, hashbrowns, and toast was what was ordered - and it was great. The eggs were cooked perfectly to order, and there was a huge amount of potatoes and toast. Judging by the number of people coming through the doors, JD's appears to be one of the most popular places to eat in Westlock. If I am in the town again, I will definitely go to JD's if I get hungry.
