Both were good, not five star worthy, but solid. We both had water, not really coffee folks, so can't comment on that, but the murmurs were that the coffee was great. For us a great place to grab a quick lunch and enjoy the sunshine in Armstrong, what could be better than that.

Order at the counter, get your own coffee, no one comes by for refills etc. (Given the North America wide labour shortage, we were happy that they were open at all!)
