Love A&J's work on fabric - but avoid bringing leather items here ‍…read more Brought a leather travel jacket here - not sure why they chose to pierce new holes into the leather and not simply use the existing holes created by the manufacturer for the purpose of threading buttons. Would have been happy to pay extra to have this done correctly. I did explicitly tell them, "no new piercings". This is perhaps my fault and a learning experience - materials like leather should be brought to a shop that specializes in leather. However, I would have rather them simply refuse to work on this item than create new holes in the item. I am not asking for anything - I will simply have this redone at a leather specializing shop.
