It's large and I don't have a big enough wash that's why I have taken it here in the past. Suddenly, though I've washed MANY times before, this man tells me I cannot. He needs to look up high quality washable RUGGABLE rugs specially engineered to be washed. I didn't just bring in your every day rug. If you have a ruggable to clean do NOT visit this place they will not believe you even if you've been there before.
