I inherited this rug from my grandparents recently after my grandma passed. I'm not sure how old it is because the tag doesn't have a manufacturer date, but I think it's safe to say decades old. I took it in and explained the sentimental value this rug holds for me to David, and he assured me that he would be very gentle and careful with it considering its age. I wish I had a before picture to show how bright white it is now in comparison to before. I took a 5 X 8 shag area rug to Dry Clean USA to be cleaned. It was horribly stained with urine from my dog. David did an excellent job of getting all the stains and odor out of the rug. It looked brand new when it came back. The cost was very reasonable for all the work that he had to do. Over the years David at dry cleaning USA has cleaned both carpets at least twice over the years and each time he does a really excellent job and they come back looking brand new and we love his service. What an exceptional neighborhood dry cleaner-- the epitome of professional! I was visiting my hometown for my grandfather's celebration of life service... they kindly provided dry cleaning, alterations, tremendous value and always had the garments prepared for pick-up at the quoted time/date. No price gouging, no surprise charges (as that is often the case in designer alterations last minute) and even expedited items as a kind gesture of condolence since I hurriedly traveled out of state. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, commitment to customer service and skilled execution. I was warmly welcomed and my name/voice was remembered immediately anytime I arrived for another drop-off/pick up (used 3xs over 3 wk visit)... never any issues locating my ticket, notes to repair a cuff or button were always managed to perfection and they even handled a vintage St John suit perfectly + made it look brand new again! I will continue to go there anytime I am visiting my family from the NY/CT area and in need of dry cleaning services. I may even convert my mother, who has been using the same service for decades... I wouldn't even give them 1 star but there is no option for 0. Do not go to this dry cleaners EVER. I took in a large Revival 6ft x 8 ft washable rug for a simple washing that required a large capacity washer. The instructions are on the rug itself. The label states the rug should be washed in mild, non-bleach detergent. Shortly after taking it in, I received a call that the rug was damaged during the cleaning. David said he would do whatever it took to remedy the it. I said I wanted a refund of the cost of the rug. He stated he was going to contact the manufacturer, which he never did. In order to get a resolution as quickly as possible and aid the process along I contacted Revival myself. Revival said it needed to find out David's cleaning process. I found it involved using: enzyme formula, carpet shampoo, prewash, main wash, carpet wand extraction, along with soaking with every step. This rug only required a large capacity washer and mild detergent!! David blamed the cause of the damage to the rug's manufacturing quality. He refused to accept responsibility. The rug manufacturer stated the damage was due to the over cleaning - which of course it was! David even admitted he had excessively cleaned it and should have looked at the directions. Nonetheless, he refused to refund the cost of the rug. He continually tried to talk his way out of paying. He then contacted Revival which I assume reluctantly issued a refund because it was due to his overcleaning not the rug quality. That much cleaning would result in damage to a rug that only required the simplist washing. Revival is correct. They are highly regarded for their hand-crafted quality and strong customer satisfaction. They have excellent reviews on various review sites. That's why I purchased the rug in the first place - washable and easy care. DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANER! He tried to wear us down in his unrelenting pursuit of NOT ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE he created. No small business owner should act this way if he truly does have any attention to and prioty of customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS! read more

There's lots of parking in the shared lot and special spaces with a time limit up front. This makes dropping off your clothing easy. Heather welcomed us into the store and asked if we had been there before. We hadn't and she took our information. The store is clean and busy. You can tell they're popular because they have dry cleaned clothing packed on their racks. I felt confident that they will do a good job on his suit. Picked it up and the suit looks good. I've been in this cleaner a couple times now. I've had a uniform cleaned and my wedding suit cleaned a couple times. The cleaning of my suit jacket and pants cost 20 bucks and that seems to be a fair price. Generally speaking it seems like they are knowledgeable about material and care. The first time I visited with my suit she walked through care process and pointed out tailoring items which could require attention. The only thing that keeps this review from 5 stars is that the second time I visited they had pressed my suit but the pocket cover had wrinkled slightly. About 2 months later i pulled it out to wear it and the same wrinkles were there. This week I took it in for a cleaning and it looks great, I brought attention to those wrinkles and they corrected it this time. So overall, I've been pretty happy with the service and care. They are efficient and do a good job! read more

They did a great job on my white leather hat

I have to retract my previous review unfortunately as a recent order took a turn for the worse. I brought in 4 window curtain panels and 1 got messed up in the process. The panel shrunk, the backing shredded and the "fix" has been done twice. At this point i am tossing in the towel. The seamstress added a new backing but the seams are uneven and the length of the panel is too short. I have shed too many tears after trying to make my window coverings look good but they will never match. It's a discontinued item from Penneys and i cannot afford to start over. Customer beware of what you take in. They really cannot accomodate every item labeled as dry clean. read more

Everyone that works here is EXTREMELY nice and the owner remembers my name every time I come in (I don't come in too often). I bartend at a gentleman's club and bring my corsets in to have the zipper replaced because the original zippers are trash. My first time coming here for this, I expected them to give me a funny look because of my "odd" uniform - that and it was covered in dried alcohol. They didn't judge me at all. They put in a stronger zipper, cleaned it, and added a button on inside so the zipper would stay in while I run around the bar. All of this for a VERY reasonable price.
