I brought my instrument to their shop and received a wonderful warm welcome by two fine fellas - Daniel (working on a guitar) and Doug (working on a violin). They was busy but not too busy to greet me, assess my needs, and provide me with a good price to solve my instrument issues. 48-hours later my bass was ready for pickup. I took my baby home, and the next morning I gave it a go. It was 99% perfect. There was a slight buzz on the open g-string. "No problem!" Daniel squeezed me in and immediately took care of that buzz while Doug educated me on the finer points of classical stringed instruments and recommended a violin teacher for my 8-year old.
