Last Sunday was different. Not because the critter that invaded our house was scary - heck, he was adorable (a baby squirrel) - but because we now have a 2 year old and I needed to know that nothing she could get to was touched by even the most adorable rodent I've ever seen. My wife called Wildlife Warden and they came right away. They set traps and hung out with us for about an hour trying to coax the little feller out of hiding. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to safely relocate the little guy with minimal drama and no worries about our little girl eating anything left behind. I was so impressed by Randy's work: the patience, kindness (we called for a BABY squirrel on a Sunday night), and professionalism. The next time we need help with anything he can help with, we're calling them. If you need critter control in the Jacksonville area, this is the one number you need. My only regret is not getting a pic of the little squirrel. I mean so cute!

Since then it's been 12 weeks, yes 3 months! for spring heading into summer with an infestation of chinchbugs, all sorts of weeds throughout my yard and not hearing from them. Had to take matters into my own hands buying a sprayer and chemicals to treat before I lost my grass! When I did finally reach out I was told Zach was in the hospital and now as of this morning he was fired. While I'm sorry to hear about Zach there are other techs that should have been tasked with picking up the slack so I fault management for neglect of their other customers. That is very poor on there part and I might only be a voice of 1 but I have the power of going to the extent of leaving a bad review and sharing my experience within my area that encompasses 10 neighborhoods.
