If something as simple as this cannot be a good experience to start off, then look at it as a red flag. Danny and I made contact via messenger. I asked him if he serviced the area as to where the job is located and he replied he was from there. He made an appt for the afternoon on a Tuesday. The day after, I messaged him and asked if he came by, since I did not receive an estimate via email. He eventually replied, no. He made another appt approx a couple of days for 9am. Again,a no show and no form of contact. I sent him a text and messaged him that I do not need his so called business. No reply of apology, nothing. Did not surprise me. Imagine, if this is how he conducts himself and represents his business, then it is a person and business I do not want any dealings with. Something so simple, contact! Imagine his work!?

Stateside completely scammed me. They re-sided my house and repaired my porch roof. The siding has…read moreblown off in the wind multiple times and the porch roof is not nailed into the porch joists. They came back multiple times to repair the problems but have never repaired them. They charged me for vapor wrap and insulation and when the siding blew off my house I realized they never put on any vapor wrap or insulation. I have sued them and won in small claims court and they are refusing to pay. Below is a photo of the damage to my home. We hired Jersey Boys to paint our deck in Cape May. During the painting process, there was…read moreoverspray that resulted in paint on the siding, trim, and windows. Unfortunately, I did not notice the extent of the mess until after they had left our property. I contacted the owner, Frank, to discuss resolving the issue, and he assured us he would address it. We waited several months for the cleanup to be completed. Subsequently, during their cleanup the deck sliding door was inadvertently painted shut. I reached out to Frank again, who apologized and offered a complimentary power wash as compensation. When I attempted to schedule the power wash this spring, I was informed by Frank that the season had not yet begun. Upon asking for a suggested follow-up date, I did so as advised. However, during my next contact, he indicated that the company was too busy with larger projects and could no longer fulfill the promised service. I remained understanding and requested a confirmed date to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, the promised date for the complimentary power wash passed without any follow-up or service from Jersey Boys. Overall, I have found the company's customer service to be lacking, and the quality of work has not met expectations. Working with them has been challenging and disappointing.

We did it ourselves just in the interest of time (I wanted to put my place back together). The price was more than fair. He texted me daily to make sure I was happy. He even replaced our shower curtain when I found some paint on the bottom (accidents do happen). He told me the job would take 4 days and his team was done on day 4.
