After double checking everything I am satisfied with their cleaning and appreciate that they did fix the problem areas as soon as I mentioned it. They were very attentive the second time around so I do appreciate that and they made sure that I was happy with the service! I was a little disappointed that attention to detail wasn't more of a focus. There were several areas that were still dusty and not fully cleaned. I had to go around and double check everything was properly deep cleaned. I do understand that checking is part of the 100% guarantee, but I wish I didn't have to ask them to go back and re clean some areas For $600 worth of cleaning (including rug and chair)...I shouldn't have to follow people around after they are done to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned.
